Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
• Seven or more years of experience in financial services with front office support of High Frequency and Algorithmic trading.
• Experience in regulations and controls for High Frequency/Algorithmic Trading.
• Experience creating policies and procedures to support this activity.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting; strong presentation skills.
• Strong communication across risk, support, and business partners.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Front Office projects and strategic initiatives for Systematic/Algorithmic Trading.
• Support Front Office management by producing management presentations detailing performance and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to develop timely, accurate analyses and metrics.
• Provide insight into controls for Algorithmic trading; work with 2LOD to monitor activity.
• Prepare materials to deliver business unit messages to Front Office and Sales/Trading leadership.
• Design and improve the operating framework and governance for the Systematic Trading desk.
• Ensure scalability, robustness and regulatory alignment.
• Implement policies and procedures governing the trading framework with 2LOD oversight.
