Eaton is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Global Energy Infrastructure (GEIS) to lead the Americas sales strategy, drive growth, and manage a large regional and indirect sales network. The role reports to senior executives and can be based at any Eaton hub location or fully remote in the Americas.

The VP will direct a team of regional VPs and sales professionals, develop strategic accounts, and ensure alignment with Eaton's segment strategies to sustain market leadership and revenue

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15 years of sales or marketing experience with electrical distributors.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management.
• Management of direct team and/or agents and senior-level sales talent.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Achieves current year sales targets and growth plans by analyzing territory and customers to execute a regional strategy for GEIS portfolio.
• Aligns GEIS region strategy with Eaton segment strategies and communicates an executable roadmap.
• Develops a regional customer engagement strategy including user groups and conferences.
• Collaborates with Sales Channel Leadership to establish and maintain a network of independent sales agents and distributors.
• Builds relationships with 3rd party agents to penetrate GEIS products into the market and negotiates terms with agents.
• Executes and communicates a compelling strategic value proposition through sales channels.
• Develops senior-level relationships at key customers and supports strategic commercial negotiations.
• Amplifies NPI sales by leveraging VOC to create value propositions for new products.
