Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive eDiscovery experience, SME-level within a corporate, law firm, or professional services setting.
• Proven client relationship management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership qualities with a clear vision and mission alignment.
• Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience in a similar role.
• SQL, BigQuery, programming or scripting experience is a plus.
• Detail oriented and analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities for automation or simplification of tasks.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Legal, eDiscovery, Technology, Business teams, and vendors, ensuring clear stakeholder communication and client-focused delivery.
• Lead and oversee data preservation and collection requests, ensuring adherence to processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and develop a global team through leadership, training, and collaboration across regions.
• Drive operational excellence by leading projects, improving processes, and managing escalations.
• Produce executive-level reporting and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Provide hands-on leadership across global eDiscovery operations and cultivate an accountable, quality-focused culture.
• Build partnerships with Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into business outcomes.
• Develop high-performing teams through mentorship, coaching, and knowledge sharing to foster innovation.
