Ada Infrastructure, part of Areas Management Corporation (NYSE: ARES), is seeking a Vice President, Data Center Operational Excellence to lead the global operating model for its data center portfolio. You will own governance, standards, and processes, partnering with regional leaders to ensure safety, reliability, and scalable growth.

The role requires deep experience in mission-critical operations, change management, and executive-level collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• 12+ years in data center or mission-critical operations.
• 5+ years leading global programs and governance.
• Experience scaling processes across regions and change management.
• Experience with executive leadership and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve global operating model for Ada's data center portfolio.
• Partner with regional leaders to drive alignment and standardization.
• Lead governance forums for decision making, risk, and performance.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on safety, reliability, and cost.
• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for investments.
