Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ leadership in data center critical operations.
• Experience leading data center operations programs in hyperscale environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree is desired.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead across complex, dispersed organizations.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating, selecting, and managing CMMS and BMS.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities.
• Experience developing and delivering executive level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Technical Operations team as STACK’s center of excellence for operations technologies.
• Collaborate with the Operations leadership team to enhance and evolve the Technical Operations program.
• Act as a culture carrier who champions safety, transparency, and candor.
• Drive definition, development, and implementation of maintenance, quality control, and safety process changes to improve productivity.
• Work with leadership in developing and governing the facility maintenance program and equipment/system operation.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge of data center electrical and mechanical systems (power, UPS, BMS, HVAC, fire systems).
• Develop and implement new maintenance standards to support evolving needs.
• Ensure MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs are developed, reviewed, and audited through all stages.
• Lead the quality assessment program to document compliance and improvements.
• Partner with L&D and SMEs to develop training for data center operations.
• Lead event management and root cause analysis processes.
• Develop training documentation for tools and processes.
• Champion improvements to increase effectiveness.
