Job summary

The Goldman Sachs Group is seeking a seasoned compliance professional to join Global Compliance Americas Core. You will provide governance and risk oversight for the Engineering division, focusing on insider threat, fraud, cyber security, data governance, and AI.

Collaborate across teams to enhance conduct risk models and respond to regulatory expectations. The role requires advising on governance, performing horizon scanning, developing training and policies, and coordinating with the Core

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance or risk management roles.
• Ability to read and interpret jurisdictional regulations.
• Experience delivering business-facing trainings.
• Experience managing conduct investigations and breaches.
• Understanding global regulatory environment related to insider threat and data governance.
• Experience interacting with regulators or supporting audits.

Responsibilities

• Advise on governance of the insider threat program and regulatory expectations.
• Influence governance and risk matters across the Engineering division.
• Develop and deliver communications and training for the core team.
• Investigate potential insider threat activities and report themes.
• Perform regulatory horizon scanning and advise on required implementations.
• Coordinate with the Core Compliance team on initiatives and projects.
