Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate AML and sanctions coverage across the firm.
• Develop and refine policies, procedures, and standards to meet regulatory guidance.
• Provide advice on new business initiatives and strategic investments from a financial crime perspective.
• Identify AML risks related to client types, geographies, and transactions.
• Improve AML control processes while maintaining efficiency.
• Review AML policies for effectiveness amid emerging risks and regulations.
• Monitor industry trends and regulator expectations to inform business and compliance actions.
• Foster professional development and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Provide credible challenge to senior committees across GFCC and CIB.
