Job summary

Harbinger Motors Inc. in California seeks a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise FP&A strategy, long‑range planning, forecasting, KPI framework, and board/investor reporting.

You will build scalable systems, partner with executives on growth initiatives, capital planning, pricing, and operational finance across manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate functions. Requires 15+ years in finance with 7+ years in senior FP&A or corporate finance leadership;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credential preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 7+ years in senior FP&A or corporate finance leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Co-create enterprise planning & forecasting across long-range plan, annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts and monthly outlooks.
• Develop integrated financial models for revenue, production, inventory, margins, OPEX, cash flow, and capex.
• Lead Board materials, executive reporting, KPI dashboards, and investor reporting.
