RGA, a Fortune 200 company, seeks a VP, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead quarterly reporting, annual planning, and global expense management. You will guide a team and partner with corporate and regional CFOs to ensure accurate results and strong governance.

This role emphasizes automation, process improvement, and strategic analytics across business units, with a focus on developing KPI frameworks and robust FP&A processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years progressive relevant experience in FP&A or management consulting.
• 4+ years people management experience.
• 4+ years Financial systems and tools experience.
• 2+ years cross-functional environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual consolidated management reporting.
• Own the relationship with Corporate and regional CFOs for historical and current period results.
• Own the annual plan and budget process and reporting to senior management and Board.
• Develop and govern KPI framework for enterprise performance.
• Drive governance and automation of FP&A processes and tooling.
• Lead and mentor the FP&A team for continuous development.
