5+ years FP&A experience.
3+ years SAP, Excel, PPT, Tableau experience supporting biz partnership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual FP&A budgeting process with stakeholders to establish targets and allocate resources.
Analyze financial performance via variance, trend, and profitability analysis; provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess financial impact of decisions and support planning.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term planning and strategic decisions.
Evaluate financial performance of units, product lines, and projects for growth, efficiency and profitability.
Design, implement, and improve FP&A processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
