JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to partner across the firm on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis of expenses and headcount. You will deliver value-added financial reporting and drive profitability initiatives with senior leaders.

The role involves leading dashboard development, month-end closes, and cross-functional collaboration with CFOs and finance peers to enhance efficiency and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of work experience in Financial Services, and/or accounting/controller background.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Alteryx, and Python.
• Strong knowledge & experience of AI tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and present concise insights.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, reporting, forecasting and analysis for expenses and headcount.
• Efficiency reporting and strategy including location strategy and analytics.
• Build business cases for initiatives and track performance metrics.
• Prepare presentations and provide financial analysis to senior management.
• Oversee month-end close, forecast updates and multi-year budgeting process.
• Perform variance analysis and explain changes to executives.
