Job summary

Valeris, Inc. is seeking a Vice President, FP&A and Business Performance to lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and P&L accountability across the enterprise. You will run monthly reviews, perform variance analysis, and deliver executive reporting packages with clear actions.

You’ll partner with business units to drive forecasting rigor and KPI governance. You will supervise the FP&A team, advance automation and AI-driven insights, and ensure timely close processes while aligning with Valeris’

Qualifications

BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
MBA, CFA, or CMA a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the annual budget process and rolling monthly/ full-year forecast.
Lead monthly business review meetings and close-review cadence.
Drive variance analysis and corrective action plans.
Develop executive/Board reporting packages detailing performance, risks, opportunities and actions.
Partner with leaders to institutionalize P&L ownership.
Maintain enterprise KPI reporting and management dashboards.
Improve forecast accuracy and link operational drivers to financial outcomes.
Collaborate with Accounting on close calendar and with Strategic Finance on planning.
Identify automation/AI-enabled forecasting improvements.
Lead and develop the FP&A team and align with Valeris values.
