Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Manage the Company’s SEC financial reporting process, including quarterly and annual filings
• Contribute to the preparation and review of quarterly earnings materials
• Prepare and review the Audit Committee and Board meeting materials
• Comply with key financial reporting controls and Sarbanes‑Oxley
• Ensure the Company’s SEC filings comply with XBRL requirements
• Work with the internal and external auditors and provide various requests
• Research technical guidance and implement new accounting pronouncements
• Streamline the current financial reporting process by improving processes
• Develop working relationships within the accounting team, legal, and compliance

Requirements

• 12+ years of SEC reporting experience
• Experience with 10K, 10Q, etc.
• Public (Big 4) or combo accounting experience
• Financial Services or Asset Management industry experience
• Organized, analytical, with keen attention to detail
• Skilled in Excel and Geneva
