Job summary

The Ladders is seeking a VP of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise-wide planning and forecasting in a remote capacity. This role partners with the CFO and BU leaders to shape performance analysis, scenario planning, and strategic resource allocation in a recurring-revenue environment.

The ideal candidate brings a strong modeling discipline, executive presence, and the ability to guide growth and transaction-related planning across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A leadership.
• Direct experience in a SaaS or recurring-revenue business.
• Strong financial modeling and scenario-planning skills.
• Exposure to exit processes or similar transactions.
• Executive presence for effective communication with leadership.

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Financial Planning & Analysis to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This leader will own enterprise-wide financial planning and forecasting with a focus on turning data into clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making. The role will partner closely with the CFO and business unit leaders to shape performance analysis, scenario planning, and strategic resource allocation in a recurring-revenue environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong modeling discipline, executive presence, and the ability to help guide the business through growth and transaction-related planning.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $200,000 - $240,000 annually
