The role focuses on turning risk signals into defensible decisions and coordinating with compliance, legal, operations, and analytics teams to embed controls at scale. Required: 7+ years in BSA/AML, ACAMS or equivalent, and a proven investigations background.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience with BSA/AML regulations within financial services.
• ACAMS (CAMS) or equivalent AML certification is required.
• Experience performing Financial Crimes risk assessments and in first-line controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist in risk assessments across customer types, products, channels, and geographies.
• Translate analytics into risk decisions and client-action plans.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and data/analytics teams to implement controls.
