Overview
- Design, customize, and implement AI-enabled Transaction Monitoring, transaction screening, and customer screening systems, ensuring alignment with the organization’s risk profile and effective identification of suspicious activity.
- Perform periodic and event-driven tuning and optimization of FCC models using quantitative analysis and ATL/BTL methodologies to set appropriate thresholds and configurations, informed by AML and OFAC risk assessments.
- Lead Transaction Monitoring Risk and Typology Coverage Assessments, maintaining an inventory of regulatory, FATF, and law-enforcement-identified risks and typologies, and mapping them to applicable products and services.
- Conduct Productivity and effectiveness assessments to evaluate the ongoing relevance of detection scenarios, rules, thresholds, parameters, and underlying assumptions.
- Perform annual reviews of customer risk rating models, including inputs and threshold calibration, to ensure continued alignment with regulatory expectations and the institution’s risk profile.
