Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of investment banking experience, or an MBA.
  • Strong financial modeling, finance, valuation and accounting skills.
  • Leadership to oversee analysts and deliver high-quality materials.

Responsibilities

  • Build complex financial valuation models and perform detailed credit analysis.
  • Prepare and present client discussion materials.
  • Manage analyst workflow to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Engage in company and credit research and due diligence processes.
  • Generate ideas and support senior bankers on new opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze financial information to forecast conditions.
  • Contribute actively to deal teams and develop industry knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain trust with clients and build a network in restructuring.
  • Mentor and teach analysts throughout engagements.
