• 20+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in high-growth environments.

• Experience in managing P&L in multi-site consumer environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing US Finance team.
• Own the full US P&L, driving revenue and profitability goals.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and financial governance.
• Provide financial oversight for new store openings and acquisitions.
