Citi is seeking a Technology Business Architect to guide Finance architecture and transformation initiatives in New York. You will define current and future state finance architecture, collaborate with ERP and data teams, and evaluate AI/GenAI opportunities to improve governance and reporting.

Formación

• 6+ years in an engineering and/or architecture capacity supporting Finance or related business functions.
• Track record of contributing to cross-functional business process improvement and enterprise architecture change.
• Comfortable in matrix environments; self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong communication skills enabling effective engagement up to senior management level.
• Methodical, detail-oriented, with familiarity with modern enterprise information architecture practices.
• AI Domain Knowledge: Working understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, and agentic automation and their relevance to Finance use cases.
• AI Personal Productivity: Ability to use AI tools effectively, including prompt engineering and critical evaluation of outputs.
• Responsible AI Use: Awareness of data confidentiality and responsible use obligations in a regulated environment.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategic direction and set business architecture standards across Citi businesses, functions and locations.
• Incorporate ongoing business and regulatory needs into the Enterprise Business Architecture transformation landscape.
• Collaborate with Finance and Shared Services to document current and future-state architectures anchored to processes.
• Map data dependencies with data architects to support Finance-wide governance and platform direction.
• Engage partners to align investments to target state architecture and flag deviations.
• Contribute to principles supporting straight-through processing and timely financial reporting.
• Apply Citi architecture principles and guide engineering teams on practical application.
• Support governance processes such as Finance Tech Design Authority.
