Job summary

Everytable is seeking a hands-on Vice President of Finance & Accounting to lead FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, treasury, audit, tax, and finance operations. You will partner with executives, manage a team, and present to the Board while developing robust financial models and plans.

The role reports to the CEO and is a core member of the executive leadership team, based in Los Angeles, with impact across retail, foodservice, and distribution channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Experience as VP of Finance or similar senior role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Experience leading finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Own financial model, cash forecast, liquidity plan, and performance reporting.
• Translate financial data into insights for leadership and boards.
• Partner with business leaders on pricing, contracts, and growth.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close under U.S. GAAP.
• Lead annual audit and tax compliance.
• Manage treasury, debt, and lender communications.
• Collaborate with operations and other teams to tie financials to operations.
