Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, Finance Business Management in San Francisco to steer day-to-day execution of the American Dream Initiative market plan.

You will align cross-functional partners around priorities, manage roadmaps, and ensure disciplined progress against milestones and outcomes. You will partner with Communications, Legal, Corporate Responsibility, analytics, and strategy teams to translate inputs into actionable plans, dashboards, and executive-ready materials.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization

Responsibilities

• Build and manage delivery roadmaps across San Francisco American Dream Initiative workstreams, including milestones, owners, dependencies, timelines, and success measures
• Maintain workplans, trackers, decision logs, and escalation paths to keep initiatives moving and unblock decisions
• Align multiple lines of business and functions around an integrated roadmap with clear decision points and a single set of priorities
• Coordinate with internal partners such as Communications, Legal, and Corporate Responsibility to align inputs and move approvals forward
• Facilitate governance routines and operating cadence meetings to ensure consistent accountability and follow-through
• Create executive-ready presentations, briefing materials, updates, and decision-support outputs that communicate progress, risks, and next steps
• Partner with analytics, strategy, risk, and control teams to define metrics, track results, and support responsible execution
• Identify and elevate risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution and transparent communication to stakeholders
• Assess best practices from other American Dream Initiative markets and tailor proven approaches to the San Francisco context
• Document and maintain clear accountability structures, action items, and status updates across all active workstreams
• Support the development of a shared narrative that connects workstream-level progress to the broader market strategy
