Job summary

U.S. Kids Golf, a global leader in youth golf equipment, tournaments, and coaching, seeks a Vice President of Finance and Operations to build and lead the financial and operating infrastructure for both LLC and Foundation entities.

Based at the Peachtree Corners, GA headquarters, you will report to the CEO and drive strategic financial leadership for a mission-driven organization in golf. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while guiding cross-functional teams across finance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• CPA or MBA is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading finance and operations in a multi-entity structure.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term financial and operational vision and roadmap.
• Lead budgeting, strategic planning, and talent development.
• Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Manage supply chain and procurement strategies to optimize costs.
• Present financial performance to the Board and executive leadership.
