Job summary

Topgolf seeks an exceptional VP, Accounting to design and lead a scalable, technology-enabled accounting organization. You will oversee global teams across financial reporting, technical accounting, A/P, A/R, payroll, and international operations, including UK venues.

This role reports to the CFO and partners with IT to modernize systems and processes. The position focuses on close quality, control maturity, and insightful governance while enabling growth and strategic initiatives such as

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large accounting organization
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and external reporting obligations
• Ability to design scalable accounting processes and systems
• Track record of partnering with FP&A, treasury and IT

Responsibilities

• Own the design and effectiveness of the accounting operating model
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close and consolidation
• Lead financial reporting to executives, the Board, investors and lenders
• Manage internal controls and the annual external audit process
• Drive automation, standardization and cross-functional collaboration across finance
