PALFINGER, a leading technology and mechanical engineering company, invites applications for the role of VP Finance North America based in Schaumburg, Illinois. You will lead regional financial strategy, planning, and governance to align with the company’s global goals.

You will partner with regional leadership to drive profitability, manage capital investments, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop a high-performing finance team across the United States and Latin America.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
• At least 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, in senior finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS, financial modeling, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficient in ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute regional financial strategies that drive growth, profitability, cash flow, and performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and long-range planning; identify trends and corrective actions.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, tax, risk management, and internal controls across NA.
• Evaluate investments, joint ventures, and expansion opportunities; prepare financial presentations for leadership.
• Build and lead a multicultural finance organization across the U.S. and Latin America.
