Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Vice President of Finance in Madison, WI to lead financial strategy, reporting, and governance for multiple affiliated businesses. You will direct budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and FP&A, build scalable models, mentor the finance team, and partner with the CFO on capital planning and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA required.
10+ years in accounting/finance with GAAP, FP&A, budgeting, internal controls.
Experience leading finance teams and partnering with executives; construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct financial planning and strategy including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, and internal controls.
Develop financial models and long-range plans to evaluate profitability, pricing strategies, margins, capex, and risks.
Collaborate with the CFO and executive leadership on financing strategies, banking relationships, credit facilities, and capital management.
Oversee accounting, job costing, audits, tax compliance, and financial performance reporting; mentor the Finance team.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance financial systems, and leverage AI and automation.
