Overlay Capital LLC is seeking a hands-on Vice President, Finance to lead day-to-day financial operations, FP&A, treasury, reporting, and financial systems. This high-ownership role partners with the CEO and leadership team to scale processes, automate workflows, and strengthen controls across multiple entities including U.S., Cayman, and Canadian subsidiaries.

• Experience leading FP&A, treasury, and financial reporting for a multi-entity firm.
• Strong in financial modeling, budgeting, and cash forecasting.
• Experience coordinating tax, cap table, and equity-related processes.
• Proficient with Sage Intacct and ERP platforms; automation-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own corporate FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and cash management.
• Lead financial reporting across entities and consolidate results.
• Manage treasury, banking, liquidity, and disbursement processes.
• Oversee entity management, registrations, and intercompany balances.
• Coordinate cap table, ownership records, and tax coordination.
• Oversee payroll, compensation calculations, and bonus programs.
• Maintain financial systems, controls, and documentation.
