Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in GAAP compliance.
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Partner with executives to align financial strategy with business goals, including government programs expansion.
• Provide insights to optimize profitability amid shrinking margins.
• Lead month-end and year-end close, audits, and relationships with auditors and banks.
