This high-impact role partners with senior leaders across COS and CIB F&BM to enable end-to-end execution with clear visibility into initiatives, metrics, and data-driven insights.

The role entails designing monthly/quarterly reporting, budgeting headcount and expenses, and building capacity and activity-based costing models to support

Qualifications

• Prepare executive presentations tying financials to strategic goals.
• Design monthly/quarterly reporting packages.
• Coordinate deliverables with finance and project managers.
• Analyze large data sets to inform COS strategy.
• Create executive slides using PitchPro+.
• Budget and forecast headcount and expenses.
• Develop capacity models for COS functions.
• Participate in activity-based costing for client profitability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with COS and CIB F&BM to package strategy and performance.
• Build and present cohesive narratives from data to senior stakeholders.
