Job summary

ICBD in Fort Lauderdale seeks a seasoned Vice President of Finance & Accounting to guide private holdings and multi-entity finance, spanning the US and offshore teams. You will drive strategic FP&A, capital allocation, and a modern finance stack to deliver timely, accurate reporting across entities.

The role emphasizes automation over spreadsheets, strong governance, and close collaboration with leadership to optimize liquidity, risk management, and long‑term value creation.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive finance leadership across multi-entity and multi-state.
• Experience with external audits and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Own general ledger, chart of accounts, and accounting policy across all entities.
• Oversee bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and reconciliations.
• Produce and certify the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement by entity and consolidated.
• Own the close calendar, internal controls, and the external audit relationship.
• Own the annual budget, rolling forecast, and capital allocation.
• Direct treasury, including payments, intercompany movement, banking and lender relationships, and debt covenants.
• Own cost accounting, project accounting, procurement, and spend governance.
• Serve as financial counsel to the Family Office and oversee foundation accounting, grants tracking, and reporting.
