Job summary

Texas Capital Bank seeks a Vice President or Executive Director to lead the Securitization & Structured Products platform in Dallas. You will originate and execute warehouse and capital markets securitization transactions across residential, consumer, commercial, and esoteric assets.

The role requires 10+ years of securitization structuring experience, a quantitative degree, and advanced financial modeling skills using Excel and IN TEX, Python, and Bloomberg analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of securitization structuring experience across ABS and RMBS.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or related quantitative field.
• Proficient financial modeling in Excel and IN TEX with rating agency methodologies.
• Strong communication and client presentation skills.
• CFA candidacy or CFA charter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate and lead securitization transactions across diverse asset classes.
• Collaborate with Texas Capital's banking coverage teams and external clients to identify opportunities.
• Develop cash flow models and validate collateral performance assumptions; run scenarios for rating agencies.
• Establish underwriting standards and risk controls across the platform; ensure execution excellence.
• Mentor junior bankers focused on origination and execution.
