Job summary

Prairie Capital Advisors seeks a Vice President for its ESOP Valuation and Opinions practice in Chicago, IL (Loop). You will manage a portfolio of client relationships, oversee valuation engagements, and lead project teams with a focus on accuracy and strategic insight.

You'll mentor analysts, present findings to boards and trustees, and contribute to business development through industry events. The role offers a collaborative, employee-owned culture and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Lead valuation engagements and develop financial models.
• Present complex analysis to clients, boards, and trustees.
• Mentor and supervise staff throughout engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation and advisory projects (Opinions and Consultancy).
• Manage engagements and oversee associate staff.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of client deliverables.
• Coach and oversee analysts and associates to develop skills.
• Lead client meetings and present deliverables to stakeholders.
• Participate in industry events and business development.
• Maintain internal reporting systems (Sage Intacct, Salesforce).
