Job summary

Prairie Capital Advisors, Inc. in Chicago, IL (Loop) seeks a Vice President for our ESOP Valuation and Opinions practice. You will lead valuation engagements, manage client relationships, and oversee project teams, delivering accurate analyses and thoughtful recommendations to boards and trustees.

You will coach and mentor analysts, present deliverables in client meetings, and contribute to business development while maintaining internal reporting accuracy using Sage Intacct and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Six–Ten years of experience in financial models and valuation engagements.
• Deep understanding of valuation theory and corporate finance.
• Ability to present complex analyses to boards, clients and trustees.
• Independently lead projects and mentor staff.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation and advisory projects (Opinions and Consultancy).
• Manage valuation engagements and oversee staff.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of valuation analyses and client work products.
• Coach, train and supervise analysts and associates.
• Lead client and partner meetings and present deliverables.
• Support ESOP industry events and business development.
