Qualifications

• 12+ years of equity research experience with leadership in teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business; MBA/CFA preferred.
• Series 86/87, 65, 66 licensing or ability to obtain licenses within timeframe.
• Experience in asset management or equity research environments; supporting portfolio implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the equity research team with clear expectations.
• Define and oversee research methodologies, standards, and quality controls.
• Direct equity coverage strategy, onboarding, and continuity of coverage.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and stakeholders to align research with portfolio needs.
• Oversee advisor-facing content, market commentary, and regulatory alignment.
