• Develop and execute an integrated sales strategy to grow wealth management solutions.
• Lead and coach Regional Vice President Consultants and team leaders.
• Establish routines and expectations for disciplined execution.
• Provide day-to-day leadership as a registered principal.
• Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with field leadership to improve adoption.
