Qualifications

• MBA or CFA designation preferred
• Series 86/87, 65, 66 licensing or ability to obtain within timeframe
• 12+ years of equity research experience
• 5+ years leading research analysts or investment professionals
• Experience in asset management or related environments
• Strong governance and scalability experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the equity research team
• Define and oversee research methodologies, standards, and quality controls
• Direct equity coverage strategy
• Partner with portfolio managers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and talent pipeline efforts
• Oversee advisor-facing research content, market commentary, webinars, and investment communications
