Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Relationship Manager to lead the equity compensation relationship within the Wealth Management Client Segments group. You will partner with stock plan administrators to ensure client satisfaction and maximize the value of our offerings.

The role emphasizes timely responses, regular business reviews with analytics, and proactive client interaction across HR, finance and benefits teams. Travel is required and CEP designation with securities licenses are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5–10 years of industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of equity compensation and stock plans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
