State Street is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Vice President to lead assurance coverage over Non-Financial risks. This onsite Boston role focuses on risk assessment, scoping, audit execution and staff development within a global framework.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or related functions within financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Advanced degree (e.g., JD) or certification (CPA, CRISC, CISA, CDPSE, CDPM, AAIA, AAIR, CGEIT) preferred.
• Deep expertise in executing or auditing Non-Financial risk programs, including RCSA, BCBS 239, Technology, Cyber, Resiliency, and AI Risk Frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a risk-based global non-financial risk audit plan.
• Review and approve audit work products to ensure coverage and timely issue escalation.
• Draft and communicate audit deliverables to senior and executive management.
• Align engagements to internal standards and performance metrics.
• Prepare management reports for executives, governance committees and regulators.
• Participate in risk committees and working groups to encourage challenge and debate.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify control risks and drive improvements.
• Coach and develop staff, including talent management and onboarding.
• Provide insights on regulatory developments and interact with regulators.
