McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Public Relations to lead modernization, integration, and performance of the PR function.

This role owns the enterprise story and voice, reporting to the SVP, Marketing and Brand, and unifying regional efforts into one strategic PR model. You will manage the agency ecosystem, governance, and measurement, while preserving local relevance and driving enterprise-wide value through executive visibility and thought leadership across the

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of progressive PR and communications experience, including enterprise strategy and agency management.
• Experience leading in a decentralized/matrixed environment.
• Ability to balance enterprise consistency with regional flexibility.
• Operate both strategically and operationally.
• Skilled at agency strategy and vendor management.
• Ability to lead through influence across regions and functions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the enterprise McCarthy story and voice the single, differentiated narrative McCarthy carries into the market.
• Tie the regions together into one unified PR strategy that preserves local relevance while improving enterprise consistency, governance, and scale.
• Assess and manage the PR agency ecosystem audit relationships, scopes, contracts, and spend; manage inter-agency relationships; and define the future of agency work.
• Develop a cost-savings and operating-model proposal, and build governance, intake, workflows, and measurement.
• Own the integrated enterprise PR plan aligned to campaigns, executives, regions, and milestones.
• Build enterprise systems: media list aggregation, go-to-market toolkits, the speakers bureau operating model, and external-leader amplification.
• Partner with the Director, Public Relations on executive visibility and thought leadership, and with brand, digital, social, events, and business leaders across the enterprise.
