THE POSITION

VaxCare is seeking a Vice President (VP) of Enterprise Partnerships to lead our Enterprise Partner (Customer) Success organization and own strategic relationships across the top 100 national and regional health systems. This leader is responsible for the success, retention, and expansion of VaxCare’s most complex and high-value Partners (customers), while owning and managing key channel and GPO relationships to maximize our position in the industry with key customers and organizations. The VP partners with other key stakeholders including executive leadership to shape enterprise partner engagement, influence product and go-to-market strategy, and position VaxCare as a long-term partner within the health system market.

Essential Responsibilities

Lead & Develop Enterprise Partner Success Strategy

  • Own enterprise Customer Success strategy for top health system Partners
  • Define segmentation, coverage, and scalable engagement model
  • Standardize success plans, cadences, and performance management

Own Enterprise Partner Performance

  • Own retention, NPS, adoption, and expansion outcomes
  • Drive measurable improvements in utilization and value realization
  • Identify expansion within existing health systems in partnership with Sales

Engage Executive-Level Stakeholders

  • Build C-suite relationships across Partner organizations
  • Serve as executive sponsor; lead Executive Business Reviews
  • Position VaxCare across clinical, operational, and financial priorities

Own Channel & GPO Relationship Management

  • Own strategic relationships with GPO and channel partners
  • Expand value of existing relationships via joint planning and execution
  • Align with Sales/Marketing to drive Partner adoption, retention, and expansion

Lead & Scale Team

  • Lead Enterprise CS leaders and Partner Success Managers
  • Set performance expectations, rhythms, and coaching frameworks
  • Build culture of accountability and ownership

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance
  • Translate Partner needs into product and operational priorities
  • Ensure seamless experience from post-sale through lifecycle

Strengthen Enterprise Outcomes

  • Drive long-term retention and growth across Top 100 portfolio
  • Represent VaxCare in executive Partner engagements and forums
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 10-15+ years in progressive customer success or account management roles (healthcare preferred)
  • Proven success with large, complex health system relationships
  • Experience leading and scaling Customer Success or Account management teams
  • Experience with health systems/IDNs or large provider networks
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows or healthcare services
  • Experience managing GPO or channel partner relationships
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
  • Operator who builds scalable systems and processes
  • Executive presence with senior healthcare leaders
  • Cross-functional leader

  • Remote Work Requirements:
  • Must be able to perform job duties independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must have private, distraction -free workspace suitable for confidential and focused work.
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet to support video conferencing and regular computer use.
  • Must be comfortable being on camera for Microsoft Teams meetings/video conference calls.
  • Must be willing & able to travel on-site in Orlando, Florida at least 2x per year. (Travel expenses reimbursed by VaxCare)
  • Prolonged sitting or standing: Team members must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, as much of the work involves sitting at a computer or workstation. Some hybrid or office-based roles may also require the ability to stand for portions of a shift.
  • Repetitive motions: Significant use of the hands, wrists, and fingers is required for tasks like typing, using a computer mouse, and handling paperwork.
  • Treating data engineering as a craft, with strong attention to correctness, performance, and maintainability
  • Visual acuity: This job requires the ability to view a computer screen and read documents for extended periods.
  • Communication: Team members must be able to clearly express and exchange ideas in English to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.
  • Occasional lifting: Many office-based jobs specify the ability to occasionally lift or move up to 10-20 pounds to handle supplies or equipment.
