Job summary

International Justice Mission is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Data Analytics to drive a unified, data-driven transformation across regions, programs, fundraising, and operations. The role leads data strategy, architecture, governance, and analytics to enable clear, fast, insight-driven decisions in pursuit of IJM’s mission.

The position offers hybrid work (onsite in Washington, DC area on Tue/Thu) or remote for US-based candidates, reporting to the Chief Data & Technology Officer.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise data strategy and architecture.
• Ability to drive data governance and analytics at scale.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change across global teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead IJM’s enterprise data strategy and target architecture.
• Design and operationalize a federated data model across regions and programs.
• Establish data governance, standards, and lifecycle management.
• Move from reporting to insight-driven decision making with advanced analytics.
• Partner with Technology to build scalable data platforms and AI enablement.
• Drive adoption of data practices across leadership and frontline teams.
