Job summary

International Justice Mission is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Data Analytics to lead the transformation into a unified, data-driven organization. You will define enterprise data strategy, architecture, governance, and analytics—enabling clear, fast, and informed decision-making across IJM’s global programs.

You will build a federated data model, drive data platform development, and champion a data-first culture, reporting to the Chief Data & Technology Officer.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale data strategy and architecture.
• Proven ability to design federated data models and standardize data practices.
• Strong governance, quality, and lifecycle management knowledge.
• Proven track record in leading organizational change and adoption at scale.
• Excellent communication and leadership for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead IJM’s enterprise data strategy and target architecture.
• Build and operationalize a federated data model across regions and programs.
• Establish and scale data governance, stewardship, and data definitions.
• Develop analytics capability including self-service BI and data science.
• Partner with Data & Technology to build scalable data platforms and AI-enabled workflows.
• Drive adoption of data practices across leadership and frontline teams.
