Onco360 is seeking a VP Enterprise Clinical Services to join our growing team. This remote opportunity requires up to 50% travel.
Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve community, oncology, and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers.

Salary ranges from $175,000 to $220,000, depending on experience and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and company-paid disability and life insurance.
Identify, create, and implement specialty pharmacy clinical programs that deliver high-value clinical and financial outcomes supporting our Enterprise Oncology Service offerings.
Education: B.S., M.S., or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy, current license, BCOP certification.
Work Experience: At least 5 years in oncology pharmacy practice; 3+ years in clinical pharmacy in a specialty pharmacy setting preferred.
Skills/Knowledge: Understanding of oncology market, stakeholder engagement, clinical pathways, payer strategies.
Licenses/Certifications: 10+ years in specialty pharmacy program development; NCCN or cancer center experience preferred.
Additional Requirements: Up to 50% travel, technical skills, customer focus, time management, business acumen, presentation skills.
