Onco360 is seeking a VP Enterprise Clinical Services to join our growing team. This remote opportunity requires up to 50% travel.

Salary ranges from $175,000 to $220,000, depending on experience and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and company-paid disability and life insurance.

Position Summary:

Identify, create, and implement specialty pharmacy clinical programs that deliver high-value clinical and financial outcomes supporting our Enterprise Oncology Service offerings.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement clinical programs and services.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers, participate in client meetings.
• Manage P&L for clinical services.
• Present clinical solutions to stakeholders and lead for new product and program presentations.
• Develop protocols and support clinical pathways.
• Oversee clinical decision-making and organizational objectives.
• Create workflows for Medication Therapy Management services.
• Provide drug and protocol education.
• Maintain clinical resource library.
• Participate in industry events and lead clinical program development and implementation.
• Support sales and marketing efforts.
• Engage with pharmacy schools as faculty liaison.
• Present industry papers and publications.
• Document adverse events and product complaints.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

Education: B.S., M.S., or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy, current license, BCOP certification.

Work Experience: At least 5 years in oncology pharmacy practice; 3+ years in clinical pharmacy in a specialty pharmacy setting preferred.

Skills/Knowledge: Understanding of oncology market, stakeholder engagement, clinical pathways, payer strategies.

Licenses/Certifications: 10+ years in specialty pharmacy program development; NCCN or cancer center experience preferred.

Additional Requirements: Up to 50% travel, technical skills, customer focus, time management, business acumen, presentation skills.
