Job summary

Services for the UnderServed (S:US) seeks a VP of Apps, Data & AI to lead enterprise applications, data platforms, and AI initiatives across the organization. You will shape strategy, architecture, and delivery, partnering with operations, finance, clinical services, and housing leadership to advance S:US mission with scalable tech.

Reporting to the CIO, you’ll manage a diverse team of engineers, data professionals, and automation specialists, drive governance and security, and steward

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive technology experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Hands-on expertise architecting Microsoft Fabric solutions (lakehouses, pipelines, semantic models, Real-Time Analytics).
• Proficiency in API development (REST/GraphQL) and Visual Studio/.NET ecosystems.
• Advanced SQL Server skills: T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization, and database design.
• Proven track record leading RPA and AI initiatives with modern tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for enterprise applications, data platforms, BI, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Lead design, development, implementation, integration, and support of enterprise apps and data solutions.
• Establish enterprise data governance, security, compliance, and quality standards.
• Oversee analytics and reporting platforms to enable data-driven decision making.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of developers, data engineers, BI developers, and automation specialists.
• Manage vendors, licensing, and partnerships; ensure regulatory compliance across solutions.
