Job summary

Darktrace seeks a strategic Vice President, Enterprise Analytics to build and lead the analytics function measuring business performance. You will define metric governance, deliver executive insights, and grow a high-performing team of analysts and engineers.

The role partners with executive leadership to drive decision-making and scale AI-enabled analytics. This highly visible position may be hybrid in London or remote on the US East Coast, reflecting Darktrace's global operating model and

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience in Enterprise Analytics or BI at Director/VP level.
Experience owning enterprise-wide metrics within SaaS or subscription models.
Strong expertise in SaaS metrics (ARR, ACV, Bookings, ATR, NRR, funnel).
Proven ability to scale dashboards, self-service data products, and analytics.
Expertise partnering with Data Engineering and Data Platform teams.

Responsibilities

Define governance and accuracy for key business metrics (ARR, bookings, pipeline).
Lead a team of Data Analysts, BI Analysts, and Analytics Engineers.
Deliver data-driven executive insights and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with AI Enablement and Engineering on AI analytics practices.
Align reporting with Finance, Sales Ops, Product, and Customer Success.
