Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Risk Management and Compliance group seeks a Vice President in the Credit Point of View team within CCB Risk to lead consumer credit analysis across portfolios and inform senior leaders with proactive risk views.

You will research macro drivers, build data visualizations, and communicate findings to analysts and executives, leveraging econometrics and tools like SAS, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Python.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of credit experience in consumer credit portfolios.
• College degree or equivalent in business, economics, statistics, STEM or related field.
• Econometric experience with macro drivers of credit risk and lending strategy.
• Strong data and analytical skills using SAS, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau and Python.
• Experience with complex risk analyses to provide insights to senior management.
• Excellent communication to convey risk results to executives.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis to research credit and consumer behavior trends and assess portfolio impact.
• Evaluate how changes in the consumer credit environment affect portfolio performance with macro and competitive insights.
• Research topics from media and investor questions and apply quantitative methods to identify emerging risks.
• Build compelling data visualizations and distill key information from large data sets.
• Communicate findings and participate in discussions with analysts and executives.
