The role partners with executive leadership to advance a world-class safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence in laboratories, industrial sites, and field operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise EHS strategies aligned with ATS goals.
Serve as senior EHS leader to executive leadership on compliance and risk.
Promote a culture of safety excellence and environmental stewardship.
Set EHS priorities, performance expectations, and accountability.
Lead governance of EHS policies, standards, and management systems.
Steer EHS programs, reporting, metrics, and compliance across units.
Oversee enterprise risk management for health, safety, and environment.
Lead incident investigations and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ensure regulatory compliance across US, Canada, states and localities.
Manage permits, licenses, certifications, and regulatory obligations.
Support acquisitions, integrations, and growth with EHS due diligence.
Prepare executive updates and engage with regulators and external stakeholders.
