Job summary

AlixPartners seeks an experienced VP, Project Manager for eDiscovery in a hybrid role. You will lead data collection, processing, and production for complex matters, leveraging Relativity and other platforms. Travel and client-facing work are integral.

You’ll implement protocols, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide actionable insights to clients, balancing technical rigor with business acumen in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional or consulting experience in eDiscovery.
• Experience with Relativity preferred; familiarity with other review platforms is a plus.
• Strong project management skills and client-facing confidence.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement e-discovery life cycle protocols and standards.
• Find, organize, and verify case-critical data across preservation to production.
• Master industry tools to craft custom client solutions.
• Advise clients on large-scale data collection and custody procedures.
• Create and manage large data sets and communicate findings clearly.
• Perform quality control of work product and draft client reports.
