Job summary

AlixPartners is seeking an experienced eDiscovery VP/Project Manager for Client Services within Risk Advisory. This role supports data collection, analysis, and testimony across complex investigations with a focus on defensible processes and client success.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client discussions, and ensure timely delivery of data-driven insights and reports in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional or consulting eDiscovery experience.
• Experience with Relativity; familiarity with other document review platforms is a plus.
• Strong project management skills and client-facing confidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement eDiscovery life cycle protocols including preservation and collection.
• Identify and organize case-critical data across full eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Master industry standard software tools for client-specific solutions.
• Engage with clients and participate in meetings to address needs.
• Guide data collection on large-scale litigation including chain-of-custody considerations.
• Create and manage large data sets and communicate findings to clients.
