Job summary

The VP will publish and convene, build donor relationships, and represent EST in high-level policy discussions with U.S. officials and international partners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior policy or leadership experience.
• Proven track record in fundraising and program development.
• Strong publication and public engagement history.
• Extensive network among U.S. policymakers and international stakeholders.
• Experience representing an organization at high-level events.

Responsibilities

• Originate and lead strategic EST initiatives and research programs.
• Secure funding and manage donor relationships for EST.
• Represent EST with Congress, the executive, and international partners.
• Lead cross-program collaboration and talent development.
• Publish research and speak publicly to advance policy impact.
