The role includes identifying host sites, managing project development phases, and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in project development within the renewable energy sector and possesses strong negotiation skills. This position requires extensive travel (~60%) and offers a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project development in renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record leading projects from concept to financial close.
• Strong understanding of permitting and regulatory processes across U.S. jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of regional EaaS hubs using evaporation technology.
• Drive full lifecycle of project development: site control through regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with landowners and stakeholders to gain project support.
